How do I login to the app?
You need to be a client of one of the gyms that MF7 has partnered with.Once you have taken a membership, you will be assigned an unique code. You can login to the app with the given unique code. Or you can contact us directly.
I have subscriptions but the app is not showing them. What should I do?
You probably may have signed in to the app from a different device. You can logout from the existing device from setting menu and log in again with your unique code. Only one device will be active for a user at any given time.
How do I delete my account?
You can ask your gym to delete your profile and it will be deleted permanently from our database. Once your profile is delete, you cannot login to the app.
