Refund and cancellations
At MF7, we are committed to providing the best service to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for MF7 subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, we do not offer refunds, regardless of whether the subscription has been utilized partially or not at all.
2. Subscription Transfers
For subscriptions with a duration of one year, we offer the option to transfer the subscription to another individual within two months of the original payment date.
To initiate a subscription transfer:
- The original subscriber must contact our support team within the two-month period.
- The new subscriber’s details must be provided as required by our system.
- Subscription transfers are subject to verification and approval by our team.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent further renewals. Cancellation requests can be made through the account settings on the MF7 platform or by contacting our support team. Canceling a subscription does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for any remaining time on the active subscription.
4. Changes to This Policy
MF7 reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Subscribers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
